How to Get Luscious Curls

You don't need a hair salon to get luscious curls.

Having your head covered in luscious curls is a good way to make a big impression when you enter the room. This is why so many big-time Hollywood stars wear this look on the red carpet. Luscious curls are classic, timeless and relatively easy to create. You don't need to be a hairdresser or go to a salon to achieve this look. You probably have everything you need at home.

Things You'll Need

• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Blow-dryer
• Hair rollers
• Hair shine product
• Hair spray

Instructions

1. Wash and condition your hair. Blow-dry your hair until it is just slightly damp.

2. Apply a hair-shine product to your hair. Read the label on the product to determine how much to apply.

3. Divide your hair into sections, and roll each section onto a roller. Place the roller at the bottom of the hair, and roll up each section of hair until the roller is against your head. Secure the roller with a roller clip.

4. Let your hair dry naturally. Using a blow-dryer will cause frizzy hair.

5. Comb through your hair with your fingers to separate the hair and add volume. Using a brush or comb straightens the curls and causes them to become frizzy.

6. Apply a light coat of hair spray so the curls will remain in place longer. Applying too much spray can weigh down your hair and cause the curls to droop.
