1
Apply eyeshadow primer under the lower lashes and let dry. These colorless beauty products neutralize and condition the lid, making eyeliner go on smoother and stay on longer.
-
2
Apply a long-lasting eyeliner. With many brands and types of liners available, try a water- or smudge-proof formula. Start at the outer corner of the eye and move inward, staying as close to the lashes as possible.

Tips & Warnings
Practice and experiment with different products to find an all-day look that works for your lower lashes.
Don't use liquid eyeliner under the lower lashes; an eyeliner pencil will give a softer, more natural look.
Eyeliner applied in a thick line looks harsh and dated. Apply a fine line and use a brush to blend.
Keep moisturizers away from the eye area before applying eyeliner.
