Windows Parental Controls let you monitor websites and online activity. You use the Parental Controls to track the websites your children visit and you can add websites to block from browsers. Windows 7 includes reports to view the visited websites. You can also block kids from accessing all websites at certain times of the day or night.

      Click the Windows "Start" button and type "Windows Live Family Safety" in the text box. Press "Enter" to open the settings.

      Check the box next to the account you want to monitor. Click "Save" to save the settings. All websites accessed from the Windows computer are logged.

      Log in to the Microsoft Family Safety website. Click the "Reports" link, then enter the dates you want to view. Click "Show Activity" to view the list of websites viewed by the account you checked in Step 2.
