How to Use a V-Block Clamp
V-block clamps help to hold both rounded and square materials in place. Each V-block clamp has a "V" shaped groove that cradles the clamped material, which is held in place by a locking bolt. Once the material is secured in the V-clamp, it can be cut, welded or ground.
Instructions

1
Insert the material into the "V" of the V-clamp. Center rounded material in the "V." Place square material flush against one of the sides of the "V."
-
2
Insert the locking bolt into the center mounting hole if the material is round. If the material is square, insert the locking bolt into the offset mounting hole.

3
Turn the locking bolt clockwise with an adjustable wrench until it presses against the material and secures it in the clamp.
