How to Make a Yearbook With Shutterfly
Shutterfly gives you the ability to make your own yearbook customized with pictures of your closest school friends. All you need to make the yearbook on Shutterfly is a collection of digital pictures. You have complete freedom as far as the size of the yearbook, layouts of each page, the theme and the colors and type fonts.

Go to the Shutterfly website and register for a free account if you have not done so already. Once your account has been activated, click on "Log In" located on the upper right-hand corner of the home page.

Click on the drop-down menu titled "Occasions" on the homepage, then select "School Memories." Click on "Photo Books" located on the left-hand side of the page. Select "Go To All New Custom Path" to create a custom-made yearbook photo book.

Select your desired yearbook size, which ranges from 5 x 7 for $12.99 to 12 x1 2 for $54.99. Wait a few moments for the page to load, then select a style for your yearbook. The style you choose will determine the layout, color scheme and fonts used on your printed yearbook. Click "Next" once you have decided on a style.

Upload pictures to your Shutterfly account by clicking on "Get Pictures" and finding the picture files you wish to use for your yearbook. To select all pictures in any given folder, hold down Ctrl-A. If you already have pictures on your Shutterfly account, click on the "My Shutterfly Pictures" tab. Once the pictures have been uploaded, you can select them and click "Add To Photo Book."

Customize each page of the yearbook by selecting a layout for that page, which typically includes different ways to arrange the number and location of pictures. Once the layout is selected, drag each picture to one of the gray boxes on the current page and click on the arrow keys to switch pages. Click "Save" when you are finished. When you are ready to order the yearbook, click "Order."
