Things You'll Need:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader

Step 1
Open a PDF file.

Step 2
Click the Text tool (the T tool) to select it.

Step 3
Click in the document and select the text you'd like to copy.

Step 4
Choose Copy from the Edit menu.

Step 5
Switch to the program you'd like to copy your text to and choose Paste from the Edit menu.

on 7/5/2009 If the PDF file is restricted, you can try to convert the PDF to Word format with Anybizsoft PDF to Word converter, then you can easily copy from word.Believe me,not all the converters support restricted files.

on 4/30/2008 Yes, Clartpoo you are 100% correct, everybody knows to use CTRL+C and CTRL+V- for copy & past purpose from normal pdf file...but it should be-how to copy from Read Only PDF file?..if anybody knows please share the trick.
