  • 3 lb. beef brisket
  • 1 jar (2.5 oz.) pureed-carrot baby food
  • Crock-Pot
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can (14.25 oz.) onion soup
  • Groceries

Instructions

      Put brisket in Crock-Pot.

      Mix onion soup, ketchup, lemon juice and a jar of carrot baby food in a small bowl. Pour over beef.

      Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

  • This dish tastes even better the day after preparing it, after the liquid has been absorbed by the meat.
