on 11/22/2005 Add one medium bay leaf to the ingredients in the pot. This makes for a richer-tasting product. Also, substitute one 15 oz. can of stewed tomatoes plus 3 oz. of tomato sauce. This will give it a terrific flavor boost! The original recipe is delicious, but the changes deepen the flavor. Thanks!
