How to Make Crock-Pot Smothered Beef

This is tremendous served over noodles or alongside your favorite potato dish. Serves four.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Groceries
  • Crock-Pots
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 4-oz. can drained mushrooms
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. chuck steak
  • 1 16-oz. can tomatoes

Step1
Place meat, salt and pepper in Crock-Pot and stir well.
Step2
Add onion, soy sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Step3
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can also cook this dish on the Crock-Pot's high setting. Change the cooking time to 4 hours.
