Ribs are finger-lickin' good anytime. Serves 4.
on 11/22/2005 If you are looking for tender ribs the above recipe will work fine, but add: 1/4 c. wine vinegar, 2 small cloves of garlic. Lower the oven to 200 degrees & cook for 3 hr. - then on the grill with your barbecue sauce for 10 min. or so.
