on 12/10/2008 the instructions for this recipe are FINE if you can read and follow instructions. they have all the ingredients listed that are needed in the order that they are to be used in the instructions. if some people would READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST BEFORE THEY STARTED, they wouldnt have to whine about how their cookies came out bad and then blame other people for their mistakes.

on 9/29/2007 The directions for this recipie are terrible. I know that it is standard procedure to read the instructions before preparation, but it is ALSO standard practice to list the ingredients to the recipie in the order they are to be used! My cookies turned out dry and crumbly because I added the flour, soda, brown sugar, and butter first, because they were the first things listed in the recipie! PLEASE go through and check ALL recipies to ensure that the ingredients are listed in the exact order they are to be used.
