How to Delete Sample Songs in iTunes
When you download the iTunes application on your computer, iTunes will automatically save several sample files to your iTunes music library. These sample files allow you to test the iTunes features immediately after downloading the application. Should you decide that you no longer want these music files in your iTunes library, iTunes allows you to delete these files directly from the iTunes application.

Double-click the iTunes icon on your computer. This opens the iTunes application.

Select the "Music" link located on the left side of the iTunes window under the "Library" subsection.

Select the sample song you want to delete.

Press the "Delete" button on your computer's keyboard.

Click the "Remove" button.

Select the "Move to Trash" button to delete the same song from iTunes.
