How to Uninstall Garageband
GarageBand is an audio development software package that is exclusive to the Mac OSX operating system. If you have this software installed but want to remove it, you can use the simplistic uninstall method on the Mac operating system to do so. Boot into your Mac as the administrator.

Click on the "Spotlight" search button or press the Command and Spacebar keys together.

Type "GarageBand."

Drag and drop the "GarageBand" search result from the Spotlight search results window into the Trash icon in your dock to uninstall the software.
