Fraction characters can lend a more professional look to your business presentations.

Formatting a well-made presentation is important to deliver your message clearly to those to whom you're presenting. Creating fractions in PowerPoint can make your presentation look clearer and more professional. PowerPoint allows you to input fractions by enabling fraction characters in the AutoFormat settings. The process is the same for PowerPoint 2010 and 2007, except that PowerPoint 2007 uses the Office orb instead of the File menu.

Instructions

    • 1

Click the "File" tab at the top of Microsoft PowerPoint.

    • 2

Click on "Options" in the File menu.

    • 3
