How Do You Know What Gang You're in in "RuneScape"?
During the Shield of Arrav quest in the online role-playing game "RuneScape," you must retrieve a valuable shield and return it to the Varrock Museum. Before you begin the quest, you must decide whether you want to be part of the Phoenix Gang or the Black Arm Gang. The gang that you choose determines which steps you must take to complete the quest and several other quests that follow. If you've forgotten which gang you joined during the Shield of Arrav quest, check your quest journal.

Log in to your "RuneScape" account.

Click the "Quest Journal" button on your user interface.

Scroll through the list of quests and click "Shield of Arrav." The Shield of Arrav quest is in the "Free" section.

Read the dialog on the box that appears on your screen. If the dialog states, "I killed Jonny the Beard and was welcomed into the Phoenix Gang," you are part of the Phoenix Gang. If the dialog states, "Katrina welcomed me as a Black Arm Gang member," you are part of the Black Arm Gang.
