Open OpenEdge Editor.

Press and hold the "Shift" key down and type "CAPS."

Press "Shift," followed by "9" to open a bracket.

Press "Shift," followed by the "Quotation marks" key to open double quotation marks.

Type the text you wish to appear in capital letters.

Press "Shift," followed by the "Quotation marks" key to close the double quotation marks.
