How Do You Escape Through the Curio Box in "Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay"?
You'll have to make some preparations before escaping through the box in "The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay." This curious structure is called a home box, which will transport Riddick back to his cell after you've completed the Tower 19 and Mining Core areas. Before you encounter the home box, you'll first have to get the bomb from Jupiter in Tower 19. Once you've planted the bomb, you can disable the box and make your escape.

Enter Tower 19 through the vent in the Dining Hall. Drop down from the vent and eliminate the guard. Take the White Security Card and open the cell doors at the Security Terminal. Enter the key-carded door to find the cells. Speak with Jupiter when he emerges from his cell. He will give you the bomb.

Run inside a cell when the guards arrive. Look outside to see some containers on a crane. Jump on a container to escape the area. Hop off the left side of the container when it comes to a stop.

Run to the hatch and drop down. Enable your EyeShine and move to the next room. Shoot the guard with the tranquilizer gun, then head down the passage to find a ladder. Climb up to the new area.

Eliminate the patrolling guard. Climb up the ladder and through the pair of grates. Hop down to the crate and hit the guard with the tranquilizer gun. Move down the hall and locate the ladder. Climb up and open the grate to the left side.

Move through the vent to another grate. Break through and take out any guards with the tranquilizer gun. Head down the hall marked "Control Station A." Shoot the tranquilizer gun to take out the guard, then stomp him. Pick up the Red Security Card.

Operate the keypad and send the lift down. Hop down to the roof of the lift, then down to the ladder. Climb up to the floor above. Move through the grate and vent. You will end up on the other side once again. Operate the keypad and move the lift up. Jump on the roof as it rises. Locate the vent above you and climb inside.

Proceed through the vent to the Mining Core. Enter the Gas-Filled Room and climb over the crate to the rear of the area. You will automatically plant the bomb. Exit the room. The guards will capture Riddick and restrain him inside the home box. During the cut-scene, the bomb will explode and you will regain control.

Turn and face the guard. Approach him quickly and grab his weapon. Walk out of the home box to the rail and around toward the right side. Move down and watch the cut-scene. Jump down the hole to escape to the Abandoned Equipment Center.

Tips & Warnings
If you're low on life when you enter Tower 19, you can find a health unit in the room with the Security Terminal. There's another health unit in the area where you receive the Red Security Card.
Once you emerge from the vent in Tower 19, there will be a switch in front of you that disables the alarm and the turret.
