How to Put Music on a Jailbroken iPod
Jailbreaking your iPod does not affect your device's ability to import music through the iTunes sync process. Jailbreaking your iPod will, however, void the terms and conditons of your iPod warranty. The sync process allows you to transfer digital music files from your computer to your iPod using the iTunes application and your iPod's data cable.

Double-click the iTunes icon on your computer.

Connect your jailbroken iPod to your computer using the iPod data cable.

Select your iPod from the list of "Devices" in iTunes.

Click the "Music" tab, and select the music files you want to transfer from your computer to your iPod. You can select files by artist, song, album or genre.

Click the sync button to transfer the music files from your computer to your jailbroken iPod.
