How to Delete uTorrent Statistics
UTorrent lets you limit your usage automatically by setting a maximum amount of data that the software will allow you to transfer within a set time period. On Internet connections with monthly transfer limits, this can help you prevent overage charges or speed throttling. However, you may occasionally encounter problems with this feature due to differing lengths of months or because it calculates your transfers incorrectly. If needed, you can reset the statistics in uTorrent at any time to bring the file transfer counter back to zero.

Click the "Options" heading at the top of the uTorrent application window, and select "Preferences."

Click "Transfer Cap" on the left side of the "Preferences" window.

Click "Yes" to reset your usage statistics, then click "OK."

Tips & Warnings
To prevent uTorrent from halting your downloads when you reach your defined transfer cap, remove the check mark from the "Enable Transfer Cap" box after clicking the "Transfer Cap" heading on the "Preferences" screen.
