Barnes&Noble provides free Nook app downloads for all iOS 4 devices. You can access any Nook ebook you download to your Barnes&Noble account on your computer or other device from your iPad with the Nook app. Nook for iPad syncs all Nook ebooks associated with your online B&N account

Launch the Nook app.

Enter your Barnes&Noble account information, if necessary, to into the login fields to sign into the application. Your main Nook Library page loads.

Tap the "Sync" button in the upper-right corner of the page.

Tap the "Sync" button to synchronize your library. Any books you've added to your account are added to your iPad Nook library.
