How to Get the Army Outfit in "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories"
In the video game "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories" for Sony PSP and PlayStation 2, Vic Vance gets kicked out of the army when his commanding officer, Martinez, frames him for drug smuggling. Vic and his new employer, Diaz, find out that Martinez is working with Armando Mendez, a notorious drug dealer. In the "Over the Top" mission, Diaz wants you to steal a helicopter from the army to take out Martinez and Mendez. Complete the mission to unlock Vic's army fatigues.

Head to the Diaz mansion on Starfish Island to start the Over the Top mission. When the mission begins, drive to the Vice Port area. Mendez's workers drive after you.

Kill Mendez's workers with a pistol or machine gun, or ram their car off a bridge into the ocean. Keep driving to reach the marked location at Vice Port.

Get into the truck that Phil, your ally, gives you. Drive to the marker at Fort Baxter. Get out of the truck. Climb over the wall to get inside Fort Baxter.

Head toward the building on the northwest side of Fort Baxter. If a soldier sees you, he will shoot you, so stay hidden.

Enter the marked building. Step on the red marker. The helipad unlocks. The soldiers now realize that you are inside the compound. You must reach the Hunter helicopter before they do.

Run outside and head southeast to get to the helipad. Enter the Hunter. Fly the Hunter to the helipad on the roof of the Diaz mansion. When you land the Hunter, the mission ends and you get the Army Fatigues outfit.

Tips & Warnings
To change into the Army Fatigues, go to one of your safe houses. Step on the shirt icon to enter the closet and change clothes. All the outfits you unlock go in the closet.
