Things You'll Need

• Towel
• Cotton swab
• Nail polish remover
• Hand moisturizer

Instructions

1. Let the nail polish dry thoroughly. If the stains on cuticles are due to recently painting your nails, letting the polish dry will make them easier to remove.

2. Rub a soft towel in small circles on the stained cuticles. This will also remove any excess polish on the skin.

3. Dip a cotton swab into nail polish remover. Brush it onto the cuticles.

4. Rub a hydrating hand moisturizer on the cuticles. The nail polish remover can dry them out. Dry and split cuticles can lead to hangnails.
