How to PM in Xchat
XChat is Internet Relay Chat (IRC) program available for Windows and Linux. With XChat, you can connect to several chat rooms at once as well as transfer files between multiple users. It also gives you the ability to hold private conversations between yourself and other chat participants. These messages, called "Private Messages" or "PMs", exist outside of the normal IRC chat room.
