Instructions

    • 1

Wash the scarred area thoroughly with your usual body wash or face wash. Apply a light moisturizer over the area after it has dried. Let the moisturizer soak in and dry before applying any makeup.

    • 2

Gently swab a foundation base on the scarred area with your fingers to cover it completely. The base will help set the foundation and prevent it from wearing off. Using a concealer in one shade lighter than your skin tone will work in the same manner.

    • 3

Pour two to three drops of foundation onto a latex applicator sponge and dab it lightly on the area where you put the base or concealer. Use the clean tip of the sponge to blend around the edges outward so the makeup does not look obvious. The foundation should be the same shade or as close to your natural skin tone as possible.

Dip a blush brush into a jar or compact of translucent powder and tap off the excess back into the container. Gently sweep over the foundation to set it in place.
