How to Make Faces on Your Facebook Page Private

Facebook permanently displays a list of your friends in the sidebar of your profile, along with thumbnails of their profile pictures. Facebook also displays profile images next to comments and other items friends share on your Wall. Unfortunately, you can't disable images next to items others have posted, but by making your friends list private, you can stop Facebook posting faces to your sidebar.

Instructions

1. Log in to Facebook.com, and click "Account."

2. Click "Privacy Settings" in the drop-down menu.

3. Click "Connecting on Facebook."

4. Click "Customize" in the drop-down menu next to "See Your Friends List."

5. Click "Only Me" in the drop-down menu, then click "Save Setting."
