How to Have a Guest Post on Your Blogger Blog
Blogger, powered by Google, inherently provides the option to add multiple authors to a blog. This is a helpful feature if you want to let guest authors post on your blog from time to time. This credits the blog post to the specific author instead of publishing it under your byline. Because the guest authors you add are not blog admins, they will not be able to edit your posts. You can add up to 100 guest authors to a Blogger blog.

Sign in to your Blogger admin panel and click on "Settings."

Click on the "Permissions" tab. Click on the "Add Authors" button in the "Authors" panel.

Type the guest author's email address, then click on "Invite." Wait for the blogger to accept the invitation. The guest will be directed to a link to create an author profile and can then submit posts to the blog.

Thanks, helpful post, but if I want to post to my blog using my organization's name, instead of my personal name (i've already sent the invitation) do I (as my organization) need to start a blogger profile, too? oh, that sounds like it will just make things more complicated...thx.
