How to Reprint a Workorder in SAP
Work orders generated in SAP can be reprinted if the original copy is lost. The reprinting function is performed by deselecting an option in SAP's OIDF menu. Check to see if there are any dependencies for the reprinting and then make some small changes to the PO settings screen.

Open the "Customization" menu within the SAP software application window.

Change the program used to set the printing routine to something other than "FM06AEND." Remove any "output" change settings that may be present.

Select "Output Message Screen" from the PO screen in SAP to reprint the work order.
