How to Use Local Backpacks on Roblox

The "Roblox" online building and fighting game gives each player a local Backpack. This holds your personal inventory, which no one can access but you. It can also hold scripts to run certain codes. Using your local Backpack is simple. You can store 10 items, each of which get a keyboard hotkey so you can select it during play.

Instructions

    • 1

Log in to your "Roblox" account.

    • 2

Click "Backpack" to view the objects in your backpack currently. If you just started, only the Starter Pack and Starter Gear will be in your backpack (what these contain vary by player type).

    • 3

Drag the items around to place them in slots 0-9. These correspond to keys on your keyboard. To call the object in Slot 8 during play, hit the "8" key. Note what is where so you remember.

    • 4

Click an object as you play to add it to your backpack. It will go in the first available slot.

    • 5

Click "Add Script" while looking at your Backpack to add a script you have. This is a relatively advanced tool players use to call outmoded functions from earlier version of the game.
