How to Convert From Leader to MLeader

How to Convert From Leader to MLeader thumbnail
Leaders and MLeaders call out conditions and methods on architectural drawings.

Autodesk AutoCAD provides leaders, or arrows, to annotate a drawing. The application provides two different leader commands: "Leader" and "Mleader." The "Leader" command creates a leader and a separate single-line text field, whereas "Mleader" creates a leader connected to a multi-line text field. Unfortunately, AutoCAD does not provide a command to convert a leader to an "Mleader." However, Lyle Hardin created LISP code -- called "Leader To Multileader" -- you can install into AutoCAD to add the "Leadertomleader" conversion command.
