How to Make a Team on NCAA 11
NCAA Football '11 is the 2011 release from Electronics Arts in the long line of college football titles. The game is available for PlayStation 2 and 3, Xbox 360 and iPhone. The 2011 release takes the realism of the NCAA Football games to a new level by tailoring each team's plays to the unique style of the real life schools. Making a team in NCAA '11 requires a certain amount of time, as each recruit must be persuaded into joining your team.

Select "My NCAA" from the game menu. Select "Recruiting" under "Week One" on the upper menu bar. Select "Find Recruits" to examine which players are most ready to join your team.

Select the player from the "Find Recruits" menu you wish to contact. You are allotted 10 hours of contact time each season to talk with potential players.

Select the "Promises" or "Recruit Plan" from the "Recruiting" menu to help you strategize your team. You can sign 25 recruits per season to your team.

Go back to the main "Week One" menu, and select "Play Game" or "Ready to Advance" to begin your team's season.

Tips & Warnings
Spending more time with a player will increase his interest in your team, so plan which players you want to spend more time with in advance.
