How to Adjust a TV for 4:3
Many classic movies and television shows are not digitized to fit a wide screen TV. The older style 4:3 aspect ratio format fits the earlier days of CRT style TV. Your modern unit can still display a variety of programming without screen size limitations. Adjust it to display some of your favorite shows originally broadcast in 4:3 in just a few short steps.

Tips & Warnings
If you use the "Super Zoom" 4:3 format, the very top and bottom areas of the screen may be cut off. The distraction may be minimal. That format will also help counter burn-in, since it removes the black lines on both sides of the screen.
Many cable TV and satellite TV service providers typically provide remote control devices with their own aspect ratio capabilities. Contact yours for assistance or review your remote control user manual provided by your cable or satellite service provider.
