How to Recover from "Picasa" Crashes

Occasionally Picasa may crash due to corrupt software files. Picasa relies on a database structure to store and organize your photos. If the database becomes corrupt, the software may unexpectedly crash. To recover from a crash, uninstall and then reinstall Picasa to rebuild the database. When you perform a reinstall, your photos are left untouched; you will have the opportunity to scan your computer for the photos once the installation is completed.
