LG Optimus M Troubleshooting

Your LG Optimus M smartphone may experience occasional problems that require troubleshooting. Soft-resetting your phone may resolve a freeze when you have open applications. If you receive an error message when accessing the Internet or other applications, you may need to do a software update. If you continue to experience error messages or constant freezing, perform a hard reset to erase all the data on your phone and restore it to factory default settings.
