Apply moisturizer to your skin every morning and night. Use different moisturizers for different times of the day. Night-time moisturizers should be thicker and more emolient. Day-time moisturizers should be lighter, easier to wear under makeup and contain a minimum SPF 15. Moisturized skin appears more supple and less wrinkled.

Wash your face once or twice per day using a gentle cleanser. Avoid harsh cleansers suited for acne-prone skin. Cleansing the face too often strips it of natural oils that keep it looking youthful.

Smooth a pea-sized amount of prescription retinoid cream on your face two to three times per week. Retinoids contain of a large amount of vitamin A, which can actually reduce the wrinkled lines on your face. Use it for three to six months to see improvement.

Get dermal fillers injected into wrinkles. Fillers often contain ingredients such as collagen and hyaluronic acid. Doctors inject the substance into the lines and it fills them up.
