Things You'll Need:
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugars
- 2/3 c. heavy creams
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butters - cut into cubes
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate - chopped fine
- 1/2 c. crushed peppermint sticks (or peppermint candy)

Step 1
In a heavy saucepan, bring cream and butter to a gentle boil.

Reduce heat and add brown sugar.

Simmer and stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.

Add chocolate and salt, and heat the mixture over low heat.
