Select a supplier. Sporting-goods stores frequently provide uniform services. If not, search the Internet for suppliers. Make sure the supplier can arrange an appropriate delivery deadline prior to the start of your season. Ask for a price guarantee and any bulk-order discounts that apply.

Bring a sample of the team's colors to your supplier, if you have them. Make sure the supplier can match the colors. Know the colors of all other teams in your league to avoid conflicts.

Inform all team members of your assigned task. Let them know that you need and expect their input.

Create a form (your supplier may be able to provide one that lists the player's name and number, shirt and pant sizes, and style preferences. Include color choices if you haven't picked them already. Distribute to all team members to fill out.

Set a deadline for returning both form and money. You'll need to make final decisions on colors and styles, subject to availability.
