How to Make Cucumber Horseradish Sauce

This sauce is excellent on cold roast beef. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 tsp. fresh tarragon leaves
  • medium bowls
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 large cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegars
  • wire whisks
  • 3 tbsp. drained bottled horseradish
  • Medium Bowls
  • Wire Whisks
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegars
  • 2 tsp. fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1 large cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp. drained bottled horseradish
  1. Step 1

    Peel, seed and dice cucumber.

  2. Step 2

    Mince tarragon.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk together cucumber, sour cream, horseradish, vinegar, minced tarragon, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Chill covered for at least 2 hours.

  5. Step 5

    Garnish with a tarragon sprig.
