    • salt and pepper
    • 2 tsp. minced fresh mint leaves
    • spoons
    • large bowls
    • 1 tbsp. sour cream
    • steamer pots with cover
    • 2 tsp. minced fresh parsleys leaves
    • 1 tbsp. softened unsalted butters
    • 3/4 lbs. small red potatoes
    • Salt And Pepper
    • Large Bowls

        Bring an inch or two of water to boil in a large pot over high heat.

        Ready your steamer set, steamer rack, or bamboo steamer.

        Cut each red potato into fourths.

      • 4

        Place potatoes in the steamer or steamer rack, cover, and steam for 10 to 12 minutes or until just tender.

        While the potatoes are steaming, stir together minced mint and parsley, butter, sour cream, and salt and pepper to taste.

        Add potatoes and toss together well.
