How to Make Birdcalls With Your Hands

This is fun - and good for annoying people, says an anonymous contributor.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take both of your hands and arch them with your thumbs sticking out.

  2. Step 2

    Join your hands together so that your thumbs meet parallel with each other. Lock your hands moderately tightly.

  3. Step 3

    Put your bottom lip on the knuckles of your thumbs and your top lip at your thumbnails.

  4. Step 4

    Wet your lips and blow fairly lightly.

  5. Step 5

    Move the part of your hand that's farthest from you in and out to get high- and low-pitched sounds.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't give up - this takes some practice and patience.
  • If your hands don't feel right, try moving them around until they're comfortable.
