Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Wear a full face helmet. Full face is better for protecting chin and covers jaw more. Wear a pair of goggles.

  2. Step 2

    Get a chest protector. This covers chest, back, shoulders and arms. It's made out of very hard plastic.

  3. Step 3

    Check out for a good pair of gloves. Should fit snugly.

  4. Step 4

    Look at getting a kidney belt which is elastized belt that keeps kidneys from jarring. It fits like a girdle.

  5. Step 5

    Wear your Leathers. Which are pants. The only true leather is on knees and your rear the rest is made out of nylon.

  6. Step 6

    Make sure to get your knee pads and Hip pads. They are hard plastic that fits inside Leathers.

  7. Step 7

    Check for a good pair of boots. Normally they will be very tall almost to your knees.

Tips & Warnings
  • When riding with your child wear all the protective gear to set the example.
  • When it comes to a child there is never "too" much gear.
