1. Decide on a budget for customizing your car - $20, $50, $100.
2. Take a look at your car.
3. Decide how you want to trick it out.
4. Consider the time period. If you want to keep the car in period shape, research body colors and wheel-spoke patterns from that era.
5. If it doesn't have a spoiler, consider adding one.
6. Add some decals. Decals may either suggest stock cars with advertising slogans or images, or historical periods. Use flames on the hood of '50s-era cars or airbrushed images on '70s-era cars, for example.
7. Continue adding things until your car looks as intimidating or as flashy as you'd like.
