Arthritis is an inflammation of the joint. The most common forms of arthritis are osteoarthritis, a noninflammatory degeneration of the joint, followed by rheumatoid arthritis, an autimmune disease in which joins become inflamed. Both usually occur after the age of 40, and symptoms usually appear gradually over several years.

on 11/22/2005 First let me tell Neva that your suggestion is perfectly true. It works for me as well as using a heat rub on the area in question. Like radian b or heet rub etc: works like magis whilst you sleep.

on 11/22/2005 I've found that a warm bath or shower really lessens the pain and helps me go to sleep.

on 11/22/2005 I know that the best cure for arthritis is to take natural medicine. I am 17 years old and I have just been diagnosed with arthritis. My mom also has arthritis, and so do 2 of my aunts. When I was really young, my mom would be in so much pain. Then, she started to take natural remedies, and now she is perfectly fine.
