How to Add Firefox Software to the iPad

Firefox bookmarks and other information can be access on the iPad 2 through Firefox software.

Since its initial release in November of 2004, Mozilla Firefox has quickly become one of the most common Web browsers. Although the Firefox browser has not been released on the iPad, Firefox users can carry over their bookmarks and browsing history from Firefox to their iPad through the Firefox software Home application. Adding Firefox software to your iPad merely requires downloading this app from the app store.

Instructions

1. Tap the "App Store" icon on your iPad.

2. Tap the "Search" tab on the bottom of the iPad's screen.

3. Type Firefox into the search bar at the top of the screen, then tap "Search."

4. Tap "Firefox Home."

5. Tap the "Free" button, then tap "Install" to add the Firefox software to your iPad.
