How to Make a Contact Page on Blogger
According to professional blogger Darren Rowse, a Contact page is one of the essential pages that every blogger should have. Contact pages allow readers to easily find contact information for the blog owner. Blogger allows users to create static content pages that can easily be linked to from either the main site or elsewhere.

Tips & Warnings
Your page title will become part of your page's URL so it is best to choose a title that is concise to avoid having an overly complicated URL.
You have two editing modes to choose from. The default WYSIWYG "Compose" editor allows you to format text, insert images and embed media easily using the menu and is easy to use for less-technically adept users. More advanced users can choose to use the "Edit HTML" option which allows you to write HTML code to format and display your content.
If you have a popular blog, and are wary about giving out your personal address to your blog readers, consider creating a contact email address that is dedicated only to mail from your blog. This allows you to correspond with your readers outside of your blog, but still allows you a layer of privacy.
Avoid displaying your email address in plain text. (For example: "You can contact me at me@myemailaddress.com") Spam robots and spiders can recognize these plain text email addresses, and add you to spam mailing list. Consider linking to your email address by using the link function on the WYSWIG editor. Though not fool proof, this method is less likely to end up on a spam mailing list.
