Unplug your television and cable box before connecting any cables.

Connect the coaxial cable from the wall to the cable box connector labeled "Antenna/Cable In," if it's not already connected.

Attach the HDMI cable from any of the LG television's HDMI ports to the HDMI Output on your cable box. Request an HD-compatible box from the cable company if the box doesn't have HDMI ports.
