How to Copy & Forward an Exact Email From Entourage

Change the Entourage email message settings to view the email message path located in the message header.

Entourage is an email program created by Microsoft for Mac OS. Forward email messages in Entourage using the "Forward" button to open a new message window that contains the contents of the message you wish to forward. However, if you wish to forward the entire email that includes the email headers, you will need to manually copy and paste headers into the forwarded message. Use the Apple hot key "Copy" and "Paste" functions to include the exact email contents with headers in a forwarded message.

Instructions

1. Open the Entourage program and then double click on the email you want to forward. The email message contents will display.

2. Click the "Message" menu item and then click "Internet Headers." Press the "Command" or "Apple" key and the "A" key at the same time to highlight the entire message and email message header. Press the "Command" or "Apple" key and the "C" key at the same time to copy all the message contents and the email header.

3. Click the "Forward" button and then click the "Command or "Apple" key and the "V" key at the same time to paste the copied message and header into the "Fw: - Message" window.

4. Click the "To" button and enter the email address to which you want to forward the message. Type a message into the email window message area. Click the "Send" button.
