How to Make Sports Autograph Books
Getting autographs from famous people can be a fun pastime. Sports figures are especially great because they are often easy to gain access to before or after games. Many athletes are more than willing to give out an autograph or two. Create your own autograph book for collecting the many autographs you get. This is a great project for adults or children alike.
Things You'll Need

1
Cut out two identical sports ball shapes from the card stock. Consider making a different book for each sport you want to obtain autographs from. For example, cut out a football shape for autographs from football players and a round ball shape for baseball players.
-
2
Decorate the covers to look like the appropriate balls. Draw white line stitching on a football and red stitching on a baseball. Color black hexagons for a soccer ball.

3
Cut out the same shapes from regular copy paper. You want at least 10 for an autograph book; do more if you expect to get a lot of autographs.
-
4
Lay the papers on top of each other and staple them along one side. The staples should be far enough in from the edge to stay securely in, but not so far that you can't open the book. You could also punch two holes and thread ribbon or rings through, instead of stapling the book.
