How to Get Wine Out of a Wool Sweater
Nothing kills a party faster than a spilled glass of wine. Fortunately, it is much easier to remove a wine stain from a piece of clothing than it is to remove from carpet. If you've spilled a glass of wine, be it red or white, there are ways to remove the stain from your wool garment without damaging it. Attend to your stain immediately with a simple vinegar solution. Apply a capful of white vinegar to the stain.

Allow it to sit for five minutes.

Blot the stain with a wet towel and then again with a dry towel.

Apply a quarter size amount of Enzyme stain remover to the wine stain and allow it to sit for 30 minutes.

Blot the stain again with a wet cloth and then a dry cloth.

Wash your wool garment according to the instructions on the tag.
