How to Reset a Pandigital One Touch Scanner
The portable Pandigital One Touch Scanner scans image files directly to your SD card. If the device has become unresponsive, you'll need to reset it to make it work properly. Resetting is accomplished by restarting the scanner and causing its firmware to reload.

Remove the power cord from the scanner by pulling it from the back of the device.

Wait for the white light at the front of the device to fade, then wait an additional 10 seconds.

Reconnect the power plug, then tap the power button on the front of the scanner. It is now reset.
