How to Make Sneakers Grip
Shoes that have lost their grip can be dangerous, especially in wet or icy conditions. You can restore the grip on your favorite shoes by using one of the many grip enhancing sprays available on the market. Does this Spark an idea?

Lay down several sheets of newspaper or take your shoes outside.

Remove any dust or debris from the bottom of your shoes with a lint roller.

Shake your can of grip-enhancing spray well.

Hold the grip enhancing spray 6 inches to 8 inches from the bottom of your shoes and spray on to create a tacky surface. Each product will have its own directions, but most require you to apply one to three coats. Examples include Mueller Stickup Grip-Enhancing Spray, ZT Edge Multisports and Shoe Grip.

Set your shoes aside, bottoms-up, until the spray has dried. This should only take a couple of minutes.

Wear your shoes as normal.

Reapply as needed.
